At Topper’s Trove, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our unique headwear to you, wherever you are. We provide free shipping on all orders over $60, while orders below this amount will have a shipping fee based on your region.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions due to logistics or customs restrictions:

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Expedited Shipping Options

For select regions, we offer express shipping at an additional cost.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States, Canada, UK, and EU: Typically, no additional taxes for standard orders.
  • Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for these additional fees.
  • If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for clearance assistance.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
  • If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • If you prefer a refund, we will process it minus the shipping cost.
