We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions due to logistics or customs restrictions:

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- United States, Canada, UK, and EU: Typically, no additional taxes for standard orders.
- Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for these additional fees.
- If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for clearance assistance.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
- If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If you prefer a refund, we will process it minus the shipping cost.
